What You'll Learn

Whether you are just opening your doors or ready to reimagine what your practice looks like, the Clinic Blueprint is a full-day experience designed to help you build a practice that is sustainable, values-aligned, and genuinely yours.

Join the team behind Gibson and Associates, a seven-figure group practice built from the ground up since 2021, and The Nest Collective, a psychology-informed leadership and consulting organization. We are pulling back the curtain on what it actually takes to build a practice that sustains you, the wins that shaped us and the losses that taught us even more.

Through expert-led sessions spanning leadership, niche development, finances, burnout prevention, client care, and marketing, you will leave with clarity, tools, and a community of peers who get it.

This is not a lecture series. It is a full-day, community-driven experience designed to help you feel less alone in the work and leave with a real foundation to build on.

Across six expert-led sessions, you will explore:

  • How your inner world shapes your practice through an IFS-informed lens
  • How to build client care systems that reflect your values from first contact to final session
  • How to find and own your therapeutic niche with clarity and confidence
  • How to reframe your relationship with money and build financial sustainability
  • How to protect yourself from burnout through intentional boundaries and booking structures
  • How to market your practice with authenticity and psychological insight

For the seasoned practitioner ready for a refresh and the new clinician looking for a foundation to root into, there is a seat at this table for you.

Three diverse people smiling and sitting together in a social or work setting with blurred background.

You became a therapist to support others. Nobody taught you how to build the practice around it.

You've done the training. You know how to support your clients. But no one teaches you how to build a practice that attracts the right clients, supports your wellbeing, and grows sustainably. We'll share the practical strategies, lessons, and systems that help turn great clinicians into confident practice owners.

You're an incredible clinician... but running a practice feels like guesswork.

You know how to support your clients, but building a website, finding referrals, setting your fees, and creating systems often means figuring it out as you go.

You're waiting until you feel "ready" to put yourself out there.

You keep tweaking your website, rewriting your bio, second-guessing your niche, or waiting for more experience before marketing yourself. Meanwhile, the practice you want stays just out of reach.

You're working hard... but your practice isn't working for you.

Maybe your caseload feels inconsistent. Maybe you're saying yes to everyone because you don't know who you really want to work with. Maybe you're already feeling the edges of burnout before your practice has even found its footing.

The Weight of the Work: Managing Burnout and Boundaries

Burnout does not arrive all at once. It accumulates quietly, often hidden behind a full caseload and a commitment to client care. In this session, Abby Ajvaz offers practical, honest tools for managing the emotional weight of clinical work through intentional booking structures, boundary-setting frameworks, and a values-based approach to availability.

Attracting Your Ideal Clients: The Psychology of Marketing

Marketing a therapy practice is different from marketing anything else. It requires psychological insight, ethical awareness, and a clear sense of who you are and who you serve. This session unpacks the psychology behind how clients find and choose their therapist, and how you can build a visible, resonant presence that reflects your values and attracts the right people.
