What does The Nest Collective offer for organizations?
We provide workplace wellness and mental health support designed to meet your team where they are — from proactive wellbeing programs to clinical support. Whether you're looking to reduce burnout, support your people through difficult times, or build a healthier culture, we've got you covered.
How is this different from a standard EAP?
Traditional EAPs are often underused and reactive. We take a more human, hands-on approach — building relationships with your team and tailoring support to your organization's specific needs rather than offering a generic one-size-fits-all solution.
How does implementation work?
We keep it simple. After an initial consultation, we work with your HR or leadership team to roll out a plan that fits your culture, timeline, and budget. Most organizations are up and running within a few weeks.
Can this be customized for our industry or team size?
Absolutely. We work with organizations of all sizes and can tailor programming to your industry, values, and workforce demographics.
What kinds of trainings do you offer for clinicians?
We offer a range of professional development trainings covering topics like trauma-informed care, burnout prevention, culturally responsive practice, and more. Our trainings are designed to be practical, evidence-informed, and immediately applicable.

"Michelle is very knowledgeable, and the material was delivered in a manner that kept my interest. I took a course in nursing that was all about mental health and found it confusing and frustrating. After today's workshop, I've gained new tools to implement in my role as a nurse."

"Michelle's stellar knowledge and experience. She was able to make complex topics approachable, relevant, and adaptable on the spot, tailoring them to our group's needs. I very much appreciated how quickly she understood the nature and nuance of our work as mediators, and drew parallels and distinctions for us. Her use of examples and techniques was simple but resonated. I have a long list of questions, statements, and curiosities to bring back to my work with clients. I appreciated Michelle's willingness to share her slides in advance to allow participants whose first language isn't English to feel better prepared and to adapt quickly to tailor breakout rooms based on language."
