Lead From Within: An Immersive IFS-Informed Leadership Program
An experiential leadership program for leaders and aspiring leaders ready to explore the internal landscape that shapes how they lead.
Drawing on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, the program invites participants to turn toward the parts of themselves that drive decision-making, set or avoid boundaries, manage teams, and hold the weight of running a team or organization.

About This Series
For many of us, something feels off about how we're leading.
We're carrying too much. We're over-managing everything. We're avoiding hard conversations or people-pleasing our way through conflict. We're burning out while telling ourselves we should be able to handle it better.
These aren't personal failures. They're signals from your parts system, and they're trying to protect you.
This program invites leaders to explore the internal landscape that shapes external leadership. Through meditation, experiential exercises, live demonstrations, and small-group work, you'll:
- Identify the leadership parts that show up most often (the Over-Functioner, the Perfectionist, the People-Pleaser, the Conflict-Avoider, the Burnout-Driven Protector)
- Understand what these parts are protecting you from
- Build access to Self-led leadership: clarity, confidence, and grounded decision-making
- Create a sustainable leadership identity that actually feels like you
Each session weaves together teaching, somatic work, real-time demonstrations, and small-group reflection — creating a rich container for actual change.
Across three IFS-informed sessions, you will explore:
- A full internal leadership parts map (who shows up when you lead, and why)
- Stronger access to Self-leadership in business decisions
- Reduced burnout through internal alignment
- Clearer boundaries with team, clients, and self
- Greater confidence in communication and hard conversations
- A 12-month internal leadership roadmap for sustainable growth
- A more Self-led CEO identity

Michelle brings a trauma-informed, IFS-grounded lens to the unique challenges of running a clinical practice or organization. She understands the specific pull of clinician-leaders: the desire to care for everyone, the tendency to over-function, the perfectionism, the burnout. She also knows that these patterns aren't permanent — and that you have everything inside you already to lead differently.
