Cycles of Transformation and Opportunities for Healing: Welcoming Our Parts Through Menarche, Menstruation & Menopause
The female fertility cycle is not simply a biological process — it's a lived experience, shaped by history, silence, shame, and story.
Across three sessions grounded in Internal Family Systems, we'll turn toward the parts of us that were left without language, without welcome, and without witness at menarche, in our monthly rhythms, and as we move toward menopause.

About This Series
For many of us, something was disrupted along the way at menarche, in our monthly rhythms, or as we move toward menopause. Parts of us were left without language, without welcome, and without witness. This three-part series invites you to change that.
Joining together through the lens of Internal Family Systems, we will weave stories, research, and reflection to explore what has been left unacknowledged across each stage of the female fertility cycle.
We will listen inward with curiosity, welcome the parts that have carried confusion, fear, and grief, and create space for what might yet be healed.
Across three IFS-informed sessions, you will explore:
- The history, biology, and social silence surrounding menarche, and the parts shaped by how that first blood was, or was not, held
- The wisdom hidden within the monthly hormonal ebb and flow, and what it means to be truly supported in that rhythm
- The parts that fear the transition into menopause, and those waiting to be welcomed into a deeper layer of power, wisdom, and responsibility
- A felt, embodied understanding of your own fertility story through the lens of Self-led curiosity

Session One: Menarche
The first blood. The beginning of everything. We explore the history, biology, and social silence surrounding menarche, and turn toward the parts that were shaped by how that moment was, or was not, held.

Session Two: Menstruation
The cycle was never just about one week. We look honestly at what we know and do not know about the monthly experience, the wisdom hidden within the hormonal ebb and flow, and what it might mean to be truly supported in this rhythm.

Session Three: Menopause
The final blood. The next initiation. We meet the parts that fear this transition and those that are waiting to be welcomed into a deeper layer of personal power, wisdom, and responsibility.
